“Many people may not know the stories but the bear in Native American folklore is often know as a healer, an animal with spiritual vision, representing duality: life and death, visible and invisible; and can also cross boundaries between reality and dreams. I always found Native American folklore interesting and I have always had an interest in nature and animals. I found the stories intriguing.
